Associate Technical Consultant – Entry-Level Consulting

About the role

Join Veeva’s Technical Consultant Development Program to design, build, and deploy enterprise SaaS and AI solutions for global Life Sciences clients. This entry‑level, customer‑facing position offers hands‑on engineering experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Write production code, develop custom integrations using Java SDKs and APIs, and build DevOps pipelines.
• Design backend logic, configure SaaS platforms, and execute complex data migration scripts for Life Sciences customers.
• Create developer‑facing internal tools that accelerate delivery across Veeva Services.
• Take ownership of technical delivery and architectural decisions, progressing from Associate to Consultant within two years.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Strong foundation in object‑oriented programming and ability to explain technical decisions.
• High motivation, analytical mindset, and willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Recent graduate (up to 2 years post‑graduation) with a proven academic record.
