Associate, Talent Acquisition (Experienced Hire Recruiter)

About the role

The Associate, Talent Acquisition supports experienced‑hire recruiting by delivering a personalized candidate experience and executing day‑to‑day recruitment activities. Working closely with Specialist Leads and Recruiting Managers, the associate helps shape recruiting strategy based on local talent market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute recruiting strategies across designated businesses, offerings, and industry lines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on open requisitions and support daily recruiting tasks.
• Plan, advertise, and track recruiting events and hiring activities.
• Partner with sourcers, coordinators, and recruiters to source candidates via job postings, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
• Communicate updates to Talent Acquisition stakeholders, handle applicant inquiries in the ATS, and maintain candidate and referral data across systems.
• Identify and escalate issues to Specialist Leads or Recruiting Managers as needed.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements within the Talent Acquisition team.
