About the role

As a member of the Strategic Finance team at Beast Industries, you will help scale financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities across the company’s diverse businesses. The role sits at the intersection of growth, strategy, and performance, providing financial visibility and rigor to support high‑impact decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the strategic finance rhythm, including annual planning, forecasting, monthly reviews, and long‑range models.
• Partner with business leaders and finance stakeholders to develop budgets and track performance across revenue and operating costs.
• Lead improvements in forecasting accuracy and transparency through robust models and operational processes.
• Develop financial frameworks that align investment decisions with strategic priorities.
• Create executive‑ready reports and insights for board and investor materials.
• Build and scale dashboards, planning tools, and systems to support real‑time decision making.
• Identify and solve cross‑functional planning challenges, bridging strategic goals with financial execution.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis of new initiatives, business cases, or shifts in operating strategy.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in strategic finance or a related analytical role.
