Associate Software Engineer – Build Scalable SaaS Products

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our fast‑growing engineering team. In this junior‑level position you will help design, develop and ship SaaS features that drive user acquisition, engagement and retention while gaining hands‑on experience with a modern tech stack.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver new product features that support growth targets.
• Build and maintain scalable backend and frontend components.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and growth teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, well‑tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Monitor performance metrics and user behavior to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Maintain existing functionality, ensuring reliability, security and a high‑quality user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and systematic debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Passion for learning new technologies and building high‑impact software.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript or Go.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and object‑oriented programming.
• Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
