Associate Project Manager – Sports Collectibles

About the role

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of 200‑300 new sports‑related products each year. The role will work within a sports vertical, reporting to the senior Project Manager, and will help ensure products launch on time and meet the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product development process for roughly 50 products annually.
• Assist in creating and aligning detailed pre‑press milestone road‑maps for each product.
• Track product status, provide visibility, and ensure clean hand‑offs across teams.
• Identify potential bottlenecks early, convene stakeholders, and drive problem‑solving.
• Prepare escalation materials for senior leadership when required.

Required profile

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of multitasking across a complex portfolio.
• Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in interpreting complex product data.
• Problem‑solving orientation and execution‑first attitude.
• Passion for sports and the collectibles ecosystem is a plus.
