Associate Operations Manager

About the role

The Associate Operations Manager will rotate through transportation and warehouse functions to learn key operational components and provide leadership support as needed. This role is designed for upward mobility within 12‑18 months based on performance and availability.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and perform all warehouse floor productive tasks while collaborating across departments.
• Gather, measure, and interpret data to improve warehouse and transportation processes.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings to enhance process knowledge and build collaborative relationships.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean thinking and waste‑elimination tools.
• After training, lead a support department and contribute to safety and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience applying lean thinking and waste‑elimination tools.
