Associate Managing Consultant – Marketing Events Focus

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to lead event‑focused marketing initiatives for global clients. You will combine strategic consulting expertise with data‑driven insights to design, execute, and evaluate experiential marketing campaigns that drive client growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deliverable development and multiple workstreams on projects across diverse industries, with a focus on event and experiential marketing.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing strategies and campaigns for regional and global clients, leveraging technology and data assets.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with client managers, acting as a trusted and reliable partner.
• Tailor event timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics to meet specific client objectives.
• Develop business recommendations and deliver compelling client presentations.
• Plan, organize, and oversee the work of junior consultants to ensure successful event execution and insight generation.

Required profile

• Demonstrated consulting or marketing experience with a focus on event‑based initiatives.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
• Excellent analytical mindset and capability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
• Proven organizational skills to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver high‑quality outputs.
