About the role

Cresco Labs is looking for an Associate Manager, Retail Analytics to join its corporate team. In this senior‑level position you will turn raw data into actionable insights that drive the performance of Sunnyside® dispensaries and broader retail initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Mine, analyze, and aggregate data from internal and external sources to generate clear, visual insights.
  • Build and maintain cross‑functional tools and processes that support merchandising, marketing, operations, finance, and IT teams.
  • Provide analytical support for customer purchase behavior, pricing, profitability, promotions, loyalty programs, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with Retail, Commercial Strategy, Demand Planning, and other stakeholders to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

  • Senior‑level data analyst experience, preferably in a retail or consumer‑focused environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business‑relevant recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to cross‑functional partners.
