Associate Lead - Talent Acquisition

About the role

Infosys is looking for an early‑career professional to join its Talent Acquisition team as an Associate Lead. In this entry‑level recruiter position you will support end‑to‑end hiring activities, ensuring a smooth candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, campus channels and other platforms.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to evaluate skills, interest and role fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and panelists, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Support hiring initiatives such as career events, group discussions and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and talent needs.
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes, service level agreements and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in any discipline, recent graduate (within the past 18 months).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $55,000 – $75,000 per year.
