Associate Global Product Manager – Fertility Solutions Marketing

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking an Associate Global Product Manager to lead the marketing of its Fertility Solutions portfolio. The role will support product lifecycle management, drive commercial execution, and act as a bridge between global strategy and regional implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned product verticals, monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Support portfolio rationalization, S&OP processes and supply continuity in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to generate demand and strengthen sales tools.
• Collaborate with regional commercial teams to ensure product adoption and provide sales support.
• Gather customer insights, track competitive landscape and recommend updates to value propositions and messaging.
• Work closely with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Pricing and Commercial stakeholders to align global strategy with regional execution.
• Travel internationally up to 10‑20% of the time.

• Experience in product lifecycle management within healthcare or medical device sectors is preferred.
