Associate, Global Communications

About the role

The Associate, Global Communications will help shape and promote Estée Lauder Companies' reputation for impact and purpose‑driven work. Working at the intersection of storytelling and strategy, the role translates business initiatives and social impact programs into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to corporate, executive, internal communications and media relations projects.
• Draft and edit talking points, press materials, social content, briefing documents, presentations, and executive communications.
• Support planning and execution of on‑the‑ground engagements and events.
• Develop templates, trackers, and internal resources to improve team efficiency.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination across multiple concurrent projects, flagging risks early.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in communications, journalism, or media relations.
• Strong writing and editing abilities, capable of translating complex topics into clear messages.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Passion for storytelling, content creation, and an interest in business, beauty, and social impact.
