About the role
The Associate, Global Communications supports Tapestry’s external communications team by crafting compelling narratives and measuring their impact. This entry‑level position works across owned and social channels, helping translate corporate priorities into clear, engaging content.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with global business units to develop storytelling assets such as proof points, briefing books, and case studies that align with Tapestry’s reputation narrative.
- Assist in building and executing the external communications measurement framework, producing regular reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Monitor daily media coverage of Tapestry and its brands, surface trends and reputational signals, and turn raw data into actionable recommendations.
- Maintain editorial calendars, story pipelines, and post‑moment learnings to ensure disciplined, consistent team operations.
Required profile
- Curious, action‑oriented self‑starter with a passion for storytelling.
- Strong written communication skills and an interest in learning media‑relations practices.
- Ability to translate data into insight and support cross‑functional collaboration.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment.
