Associate, Enterprise Architecture (Hybrid)

About the role

The Associate, Enterprise Architecture will support Santander’s transformation into a technology‑driven organization. Working in a hybrid setting from Dallas, the role helps define and implement enterprise‑wide IT strategies, ensuring alignment with long‑term business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Influence technology choices, solution design, processes and best‑practice implementation across the Enterprise Architecture function.
• Provide guidance on technology solutions for existing problems and support the development of strategic and operating plans.
• Assist in the rollout of new policies, strategies and procedures that back IT and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Research and analyse the current IT environment, identify critical gaps and recommend improvement actions.
• Support governance activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations and laws.
• Advise business lines on Enterprise Architecture best practices and deliver informational IT training as needed.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate technology solutions across multiple teams.
• Experience in analysing enterprise‑wide IT environments and recommending strategic improvements.
• Understanding of information technology strategies and governance frameworks.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
