Associate Director, US Compliance Training

About the role

The Associate Director, US Compliance Training will help build a robust ethics and compliance culture at Servier by creating and delivering risk‑based, business‑relevant training for the U.S. organization. Reporting to the Head of US Ethics & Compliance, this role partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure employees understand compliance expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the US Ethics & Compliance annual training plan, ensuring risk‑based, role‑specific content aligned with business needs.
• Design, develop and deliver live, virtual and online training on healthcare compliance topics, company policies and applicable laws.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical, R&D, HR, IT, Legal and other stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver practical training solutions.
• Manage training assignment, tracking, completion and reporting processes, and use data to evaluate effectiveness and identify gaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in biotech/pharma/medical‑device industry, including 3+ years in pharmaceutical healthcare compliance training.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking and ability to work in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex compliance concepts into clear training.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training effectiveness measurement.
• Familiarity with biotech/pharma compliance laws, regulations and industry standards.
