Associate Director, Scientific Communications

About the role

Beeline Medicines is seeking an Associate Director of Scientific Communications to lead the development and execution of scientific communication strategies across its portfolio of autoimmune and inflammatory disease therapeutics. The role will translate clinical and translational data into clear, compliant, and scientifically rigorous materials for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the scientific communications plan aligned with asset strategy and medical affairs goals.
• Manage global publication activities, including author engagement, abstracts, manuscripts, posters, and oral presentations, ensuring compliance with GPP2022 and company SOPs.
• Oversee content development and internal alignment for major international and regional medical meetings.
• Draft and edit scientific materials such as slide decks, exchange documents, FAQs, and training resources for Field Medical teams.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate data interpretation and timely dissemination.
• Maintain publication trackers, timelines, and vendor relationships to guarantee on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Support advisory boards, investigator meetings, and external scientific forums.
• Help establish processes and standards for consistency and compliance across all scientific outputs.

Required profile

• Strong scientific writing ability with a track record of producing high‑quality publications and presentations.
• Excellent project management skills in a fast‑paced biotech environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Commercial functions.
• Familiarity with GPP2022 guidelines and pharmaceutical SOPs for publications.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, attending on‑site meetings at least two days per week.
