Associate Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics

About the role

The Associate Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics serves as the operational and analytical backbone for the Business School’s marketing and engagement ecosystem. This hands‑on position owns data and system infrastructure that connects prospect students through alumni, turning data into forward‑looking intelligence that drives enrollment, media performance, rankings and engagement strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and architect Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related CRM data systems for the Business School.
• Build predictive models for enrollment yield, deposit risk and lead scoring.
• Maintain data integrations and lifecycle funnel reporting across Education Cloud, Slate and LMS platforms.
• Own paid‑media performance reporting and full‑funnel attribution.
• Provide executive dashboards and data storytelling for school leadership.
• Support annual Brand Health Study and competitive intelligence research.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, engineering, information systems or related field.
• 5‑6 years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM administration or institutional research, preferably in higher education or healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience building forecasting or predictive models (e.g., enrollment yield, funnel conversion).
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, decision‑ready recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Data Extensions, Journey Builder, UTMs, segmentation)
• GA4 and UTM‑based attribution
• Advanced Excel
• Data visualization (Tableau, Power BI or similar)
• Predictive modeling and data integration
• Data governance within Salesforce systems
