Associate Director, Neuro Thought Leader Liaison – Southeast US

About the role

The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) will lead strategic commercial engagement with national, regional and emerging key opinion leaders in rare neurological diseases across the Southeast United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive KOL engagement plans for national, regional, and emerging thought leaders.
• Lead planning and execution of commercial advisory boards, speaker bureaus, and coordinate engagement at major neurology congresses.
• Capture and synthesize customer insights to inform brand strategy, launch planning, and disease‑education initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MSN, MS) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience, with 3‑5 years in Thought Leader Liaison, product marketing, specialty sales, medical affairs, or commercial field leadership.
• Demonstrated success building executive‑level relationships and experience in rare disease or neurology.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of commercial compliance and promotional regulations.
