Associate Director, Neuro Thought Leader Liaison – Midwest

About the role

The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) will lead strategic commercial engagement with national, regional and emerging key opinion leaders in rare neurological diseases across the Midwest.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute KOL engagement plans and build long‑term relationships with neurologists, neuromuscular specialists, rehabilitation physicians, genetic specialists and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Capture, synthesize and communicate customer insights to influence brand strategy, messaging, evidence generation and launch planning.
• Lead planning and execution of commercial advisory boards and manage a high‑performing physician speaker bureau.
• Develop strategic engagement plans for major neurology congresses and support launch readiness activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MSN, MS) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of pharma/biotech experience and 3‑5 years in Thought Leader Liaison, product marketing, specialty sales, medical affairs or commercial field leadership.
• Experience in rare disease, specialty pharmaceuticals or neurology.
