Associate Director, Delivery Services

About the role

One North is looking for an Associate Director, Delivery Services to lead complex digital and creative engagements. The role bridges client stakeholders and internal practice leaders to ensure smooth execution from planning to delivery while building long‑term relationships on key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary delivery team, conducting regular one‑on‑ones and team meetings.
• Maintain visibility across all engagements, manage risk, and identify cross‑practice collaboration opportunities.
• Implement and track delivery best practices, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Partner with operations and practice leaders to roll out initiatives, create documentation, and provide training.
• Scope new engagements, create staffing and resourcing plans, and address performance gaps early.
• Oversee project burn, budgets, and financial performance; manage contractor selection, onboarding, and capacity planning.
• Conduct routine status check‑ins, gather client feedback, and drive workflow or tool optimisations.
