Associate Dean – Campus Administration

About the role

The Associate Dean for Academic Affairs & Campus Administration reports to the Dean & CEO and is a key member of the Seattle campus leadership team. This senior position oversees academic program delivery, compliance, faculty affairs, student services, and drives innovation across the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and implementation of new academic programs, especially health science initiatives in partnership with Bouvé College.
• Oversee student services and career advising teams to ensure an exceptional student experience.
• Serve as primary liaison with college deans, program directors, and global network colleagues to align curricula with workforce needs.
• Manage licensing, compliance, and accreditation requirements in coordination with Boston and Seattle stakeholders.
• Support faculty development, professional growth opportunities, and continuous improvement of teaching effectiveness.

Required profile

• Master’s or doctoral degree in education, leadership, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of higher‑education experience with demonstrated academic leadership.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing multidisciplinary teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong crisis, change, and problem‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Exceptional written and oral communication for preparing detailed documents and memoranda.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, accreditation processes, and partnership development.
