About the role

The Associate Counsel I – Legal Leasing will draft, review, and negotiate lease documents and other legal agreements across all company departments, supporting both independent and collaborative work in a flexible, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate lease and related legal documents for all company departments.
Negotiate lease terms with tenants, coordinate with senior counsel, and obtain internal approvals.

Required profile

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
0–4 years of experience drafting and negotiating retail space leases.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Experience using Workday and other Office 365 applications.
