Associate Consultant – Strategy & Private Equity

About the role

This position offers the chance to work on high‑impact engagements for private‑equity and middle‑market clients. You will join a rapidly growing boutique strategy consulting firm and gain exposure to both client delivery and internal firm development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams and apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to support client delivery.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, including expert interviews and market analysis.
• Collaborate with senior team members on commercial due diligence and strategic advisory projects.
• Contribute actively in a high‑growth environment, balancing client work with internal development initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong academic background.
• 1‑3 years of directly relevant experience (strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, or commercial due diligence).
• Proactive self‑starter with intellectual curiosity and a strong drive to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
