Key responsibilities

• Support the defense litigation team in handling auto/transportation, labor law, and general liability matters.
• Participate in New York State and Federal Court proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare legal documents.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of defense litigation experience.
• Experience with auto/transportation, labor law, or general liability cases is highly preferred.
• Admission to the New York State Bar (required); admission to the New Jersey State Bar is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
