The School of Business at Eastern Washington University seeks a tenure‑track Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship to begin September 16, 2026. The role combines high‑impact teaching with a strong research agenda in entrepreneurship or related fields.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and MBA entrepreneurship courses, both in‑person and online.
• Develop and continuously improve curriculum using innovative pedagogical methods.
• Conduct and publish high‑quality research in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Advise and mentor a diverse student body.
• Participate in student learning assessment and departmental service.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated potential for scholarly research and a clear research agenda.
• Commitment to excellence in teaching and curriculum development.
• Ability to deliver courses in both in‑person and online formats.
• Willingness to contribute to departmental, college, and university service.
