About the role

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Office of Catholic Education seeks a dynamic, results‑driven leader to serve as Assistant Principal for Academic Affairs at Saint Hubert High School for Girls. This senior position oversees instructional quality, curriculum development, and academic operations within a faith‑based, student‑centered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Principal and academic departments to set annual academic goals, revise instructional vision, and plan professional development.
• Observe, evaluate, and coach teachers, dedicating roughly 80% of the day to instructional leadership activities.
• Use performance data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage the annual program of studies, course selection, master roster, and AP/dual‑enrollment coordination.
• Oversee standardized testing logistics (PSAT, SAT, entrance exams) and ensure timely production of progress reports, report cards, and transcripts.
• Coordinate parent‑teacher conferences, Back‑to‑School Night, and manage the Office of Academic Affairs staff.
