Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition supports two Talent Acquisition Managers within LVMH Beauty North America. The role focuses on sourcing, building pipelines, coordinating recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience for both corporate and retail/field positions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, LVMH Talent and other job boards.
• Conduct outreach to passive candidates and present qualified profiles to TA Managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules across multiple stakeholders and manage job postings on various platforms.
• Collect interview feedback, draft offer letters and validate compensation against approved budgets.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, delivering timely communication and upholding LVMH employer branding.
• Maintain data integrity in ATS systems and Excel trackers, and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source of hire.
