About the role

Domino's is looking for an Assistant Manager to support daily operations at its Palestine, Texas location. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth workflow, develop staff, and meet performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations and workflow to keep the department running efficiently.
• Support the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that improve productivity.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.

Required profile

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
