About the role

The Wisdom Teeth Guys is looking for a superstar assistant manager to join a fast‑paced, fun, team‑oriented environment supporting oral surgery offices in the San Antonio and Austin areas.

Key responsibilities

Assist with front‑desk duties and patient flow on surgery days.
Support the team in surgery day preparation (1‑2 days per week).
Help lead and coordinate other assistants.
Maintain organization and detail‑orientation during busy periods.

Required profile

Fun personality with a desire to work with patients and staff.
Leadership mindset and willingness to collaborate with the team.
Organized and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

At least 1 year of oral surgery dental assisting experience.
Spanish speaking is ideal.
