Assistant General Manager - Taco Bell, Pratt, KS

This is an Assistant General Manager position at a Taco Bell franchise in Pratt, Kansas. The franchisee is the employer, not Taco Bell Corp., and sets its own wage and benefit programs. The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards, taking ownership of problems and helping and guiding others.

Key responsibilities

• Make sure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties
• Handle inventory management and financial accountability
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner
• Ensure the restaurant is a safe place for employees and customers

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; college or university degree preferred
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including profit and loss responsibility
• At least 18 years old, able to pass background check criteria and drug test
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, clean the parking lot and grounds, and stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs for 80% of a shift
