About the role
This position supports the Community Manager at the Oak & Ellum community in Dallas, handling day‑to‑day financial and operational tasks. You will be responsible for accurate bookkeeping, rent collection, invoice processing and reporting using the property‑management system.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and post rent, fees and other payments.
- Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
- Process invoices, payables and prepare financial reports.
- Operate Yardi/OneSite property‑management software to record and track all financial transactions.
- Assist in monthly close‑out and preparation of financial statements.
Required profile
- Ability to support the Community Manager in financial and operational duties.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable handling cash, deposits and account reconciliations.
Required skills
- Yardi property‑management software.
- OneSite property‑management software.
