About the role
The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the Junction Six Forks community. This full‑time position involves handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate rent and fee collections.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments.
- Process invoices and prepare monthly close‑out financial statements.
- Perform bank deposits, dispositions, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records using the property management software.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management review.
Required profile
- Supportive attitude to assist the Community Manager.
- Attention to detail for accurate bookkeeping.
Required skills
- Proficiency with property management software.
