Maintenance Supervisor – The Marlowe Lake Boone

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee technical and mechanical work at The Marlowe Lake Boone community in Raleigh, NC. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies and inspecting completed work.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas and parking lots.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards, scope and specifications.
• Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials and coordinate ordering of supplies and tools with the Community Manager.

Required profile

• Experience handling maintenance work orders and coordinating make‑ready activities in a residential community.
• Ability to develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards across multiple property areas.
• Proven capability to inspect and evaluate work performed by internal staff and external contractors.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory management and supply ordering.
