Assistant Community Manager (Hunters Glen, TX)

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of its Hunters Glen property. This entry‑level position provides hands‑on experience in property management, accounting, and resident relations within a large, global real‑estate platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
• Process invoices, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and manage vendor communications.
• Operate Greystar’s property management software (Yardi/OneSite) to record transactions, generate financial reports, and maintain system integrity.
• Review resident files for unpaid or late fees, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assist with eviction procedures, including notice requirements and court representation.
• Handle resident move‑out processes, applying lease terms, deposit deductions, and related fees.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record‑keeping.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to follow established policies and procedures.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and property management operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
