About the role

Infosys Financial Services is seeking a Business Analyst for its Asset‑Wealth & Capital Management practice in Jersey City. The role focuses on analysing client processes, driving optimisation, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across banking, wealth management and insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes to identify optimisation opportunities and align them with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and work with stakeholders to ensure solution performance meets domain‑specific insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customisations, draft SOPs and workflow diagrams.
• Research third‑party products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs and scalability.
• Coordinate solution implementation, address integration issues and maintain SOPs to ensure system stability post‑deployment.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and coordination abilities with a focus on process optimisation.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Experience creating detailed process maps and technical documentation in the financial services domain.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
