Assembler – Production of Fire Protection Sprinklers

About the role
The Assembler will use automated equipment to assemble components for fire‑protection sprinklers and related devices. Candidates need at least six months of experience on an assembly line.
Key responsibilities
- Perform manual labor on a production line, inspecting parts such as caps, washers, bulbs, screws, frames, and deflectors according to the Bill of Materials.
- Set up and operate the hydrostatic bath test, including pressure and gauge testing of completed products.
- Operate CNC machinery and semi‑automated equipment such as stamping presses, clamping stations, torque wrenches, glass‑bulb testers, and hand‑assembly stations.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area by following the company’s 5S program and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Collaborate with Cell Leaders, Production Assistants, and Material Handlers, and check parts for inventory.
Required profile
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong oral communication and hand‑eye coordination in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to teamwork and basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing assembly lines, machines, computers, and standard safety practices.
Required skills
- Operation of CNC machinery.
- Use of semi‑automated equipment (stamping, clamping, torque wrenches).
- Hydrostatic bath testing and glass‑bulb testing.
- Component hand assembly.
- Implementation of 5S workplace organization.
- Inventory checking.
