Assembler I – 3rd Shift (Manufacturing)

About the role

The Assembler is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under closed supervision on the 3rd shift.

Key responsibilities

• Handle small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations using hand tools, soldering equipment and machinery.
• Follow documented sequences of operations to ensure controlled processes.
• Accurately record daily production metrics.
• Participate in improvement projects as a team member.
• Demonstrate Philips Behaviors, treat teammates with respect and value feedback.

Required profile

• Good hand‑eye coordination and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma, vocational training or equivalent.
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements, with or without accommodation.

Required skills

• Use of hand tools.
• Soldering equipment operation.
• Machinery operation for assembly.
