Aspire Tech Graduate Software Engineer I

Join the LexisNexis Aspire Graduate Program as a Software Engineer I and work on AI‑powered legal tech solutions. You will contribute to developing software within a specific product area, writing and reviewing specifications, fixing bugs, and implementing coding best practices under senior guidance. The role involves using emerging AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation, while ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability.

Successful candidates are on track to receive a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field, and have proficiency in at least one programming language or technology such as Angular, C#, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, or .NET. A basic understanding of software development methodologies, storage systems, data modeling, and AI‑assisted tools is required. You should demonstrate a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
