Aspect Account Development Specialist U3

About the role

The Aspect Account Development Specialist U3 leads sales for an assigned portfolio within a targeted account base, focusing on increasing share and velocity of the commodity through brand activations and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share of the assigned portfolio, spending 80% of time in market.
• Develop and present beverage and marketing strategies, conduct monthly business reviews, and plan high‑end consumer activations.
• Provide real‑time market insights, organize field intel, and collaborate with on‑premise and retail sales teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders and facilitate supplier visits and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in sales or related category expertise.
• Fine Wine Accreditation (WSET Level 2 or similar) in process or completed within 6 months.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to multi‑task, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.
