Architectural Designer – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a Designer to join our architecture studio and support project teams through design development, documentation, and presentation. You will work closely with Principals, Senior Designers, and multidisciplinary teams across all phases of multifamily and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and organize design concepts using Revit, SketchUp, and graphic software.
• Produce working drawings, schedules, details, and presentation materials.
• Assist with layout planning, material and colour selections, and code research.
• Revise documents based on red‑lines and mark‑ups.
• Coordinate with external consultants and integrate information into cohesive project sets.
• Prepare design documents for submission to owners, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Research zoning, building, and environmental regulations and support entitlement processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in an architecture office.
• Experience with multifamily and mixed‑use projects.
• Strong communication, time‑management, and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Adobe Creative Suite.
• Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Enscape (preferred).
