About the role
We are seeking an Architect to join our small, well‑established firm that specializes in modern, high‑end residential design. The role focuses on designing custom homes, developing detailed construction documentation, and advancing our BIM workflows using Vectorworks.
Key responsibilities
- Create concept and schematic designs for luxury residential projects.
- Produce accurate construction documents and BIM models in Vectorworks.
- Collaborate closely with senior architects and clients to refine design intent.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure design quality throughout the delivery process.
Required profile
- Strong design communication skills and fluency in English.
- Passion for modern residential architecture and willingness to grow within the firm.
- Ability to work full‑time hours (approximately 10 am – 7:30 pm).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Vectorworks BIM software.
