Appointment Setter - Water Delivery

About the role

A Las Vegas-based hydration and delivery company is scaling up rapidly and needs a results-driven Appointment Setter to expand its business by connecting local businesses with premium water delivery and cooler rental services. The role is full-time, with a strict 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound telemarketing to local businesses to introduce water delivery and cooler rental services.
• Schedule a minimum of 15 qualified appointments per week for the sales team.
• Manage seasonal outreach to convention exhibitors offering booth hydration services at major Las Vegas events.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in the company's internal systems.
• Refine phone scripts to improve conversion rates and interest.

Required profile

• Native-level fluency in English.
• Ability to work the strict 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST schedule.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed activity KPIs and appointment quotas.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, persuasive phone presence.

Nice-to-haves

• Spanish proficiency (highly preferred).
• Experience in cold calling, cold emailing or lead sourcing.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Background in pipeline management or territory sales.
• Previous experience in the bottled water or office services industry.
