Bilingual Appointment Booker (Spanish/English)

About the role

Our client, a premium family portrait studio in Las Vegas, is expanding into the Spanish‑speaking market. As a bilingual Appointment Booker you will call potential customers, build rapport, and book portrait sessions while handling payment information.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 125 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
• Use emotional language and ask emotional questions to connect with customers and overcome objections.
• Collect payment details over the phone and send payment links when needed.
• Book appointments in the scheduling system and log all activity in the CRM.
• Meet daily booking targets and track performance by bookings, show‑ups, and call volume.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1/C2 level).
• Strong rapport‑building and objection‑handling abilities.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone all day and asking emotional questions.
• Goal‑oriented, driven, and able to work full‑time remotely.

Required skills

• Experience with JustCall.
• Experience with Acuity scheduling.
• Experience with Pipedrive CRM.
• Familiarity with Google Meet and a reliable wired Ethernet connection.
