Applied AI Transformation Manager

About the role

As an Applied AI Transformation Manager at Cognition, you will act as a technically‑oriented strategic advisor, helping our enterprise customers capture measurable value from our agentic AI platform. You will partner with senior leaders to define productivity and financial impact targets, and guide the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale AI transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer leadership to identify, quantify, and report AI‑driven productivity gains and financial impact.
• Design and implement operating and delivery models for agentic AI across strategic accounts.
• Maintain visibility on playbook adoption, consumption metrics, and value outcomes for both the customer and Cognition.
• Oversee onboarding and rollout of AI agents to thousands of engineers, ensuring successful deployment.
• Build and nurture centers of excellence within accounts, delivering tailored enablement programs.
• Provide trusted advisory support to senior and functional leaders throughout the program lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm with a focus on value targeting, realization, and technology strategy.
• Proven track record of building and expanding client relationships.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role at a fast‑moving startup (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
