Appian Developer – Multiple US Locations

About the role

Infosys is seeking an Appian Developer to join its Financial Services unit. The role will support digital transformation projects for banks, wealth managers and insurers across several US locations.

Key responsibilities

• Document and elicit business requirements for assigned modules.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture architectural decisions.
• Develop new features and enhance existing Appian applications while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, manage code repositories and apply necessary changes.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to delivery.
• Experience working in a consulting or financial‑services technology environment.

Required skills

• Appian low‑code platform.
• Cloud integration and API management concepts.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) core services.
