Airline Marketing Cabin Lead

About the role

Airbus is seeking an Airline Marketing Cabin Lead to shape sales campaigns that highlight the payload and cabin advantages of Airbus aircraft. The role provides technical support, designs cabin proposals and builds strong relationships with airline customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define argumentations for sales campaigns that showcase Airbus payload accommodation benefits.
• Design cabin proposals including seating, galleys, lavatories, in‑flight entertainment, overhead bins and other cabin elements.
• Provide technical support and demonstrate adaptability of Airbus designs to meet customer requirements.
• Build and maintain independent relationships with airline counterparts and present to senior management.
• Translate FAA, EASA and DOT regulatory requirements into cabin layout designs and represent Airbus on the ACAA Advisory Committee.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Aviation Management or related field.
• At least 2 years experience capturing airline needs and translating them into cabin design solutions.
• Experience with cabin layout optimization, airworthiness compliance and regulatory translation.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally, with up to 40% telework permitted.
