A220 Program Manager

About the role

Airbus Satair is looking for an A220 Program Manager to lead the development and improvement of the A220 spares business in Herndon, VA. The role combines strategic project leadership, commercial management and strong customer engagement to support the lifecycle of A220 aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects to mature and improve the A220 spares business, identify process gaps and drive value‑stream‑mapping initiatives.
• Hold net‑margin accountability for A220 products, negotiate pricing policies, forecast budgets and support aircraft sales campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer organisations, provide visibility on project road‑maps and progress.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the program team as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Aerospace or equivalent combined with experience.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in program, project or product management, preferably in aviation aftermarket.
• Strong understanding of the commercial aviation aftermarket supply chain and proven ability to negotiate financial targets.
• Advanced analytical abilities and capacity to communicate complex logistics issues to non‑technical stakeholders.
