AI Teacher & Content Creator for GTME Ecosystem

About the role

Claylabs is looking for an on‑camera AI Teacher who will own the end‑to‑end creation of video‑based learning for the GTME Ecosystem. You will be the face and voice of Clay University, producing fast‑paced, high‑impact content that helps Go‑to‑Market Engineers adopt new AI‑driven features.

Key responsibilities

• Record on‑camera courses, Loom walkthroughs and live problem‑solving sessions at AI‑driven speed.
• Manage the full content lifecycle: curriculum prep, recording, screen capture, and hand‑off to editors.
• Produce scrappy, real‑time builds that showcase mistakes and fixes, keeping content memorable.
• Rapidly translate new product launches (e.g., Clay in ChatGPT, Claude integrations) into usable lessons for the community.
• Collaborate with Solutions, GTMOps and Forward‑Deployed teams to turn internal breakthroughs into university‑grade lessons.

Required profile

• A learner‑first, teacher‑second mindset who experiments with new AI models as soon as they release.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and working in an edit bay without needing a polished YouTuber persona.
• Builder‑teacher who prefers showing live workflows over static slides.
• Obsessed with shipping cadence; prefers quick, iterative releases to perfect, delayed content.
• Thrives in ambiguity and helps shape the emerging GTM Engineering education discipline.
