About the role

As an AI Senior Developer Manager within PwC's Assurance practice, you will lead the creation of innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. You will guide a team of engineers, ensuring high‑quality delivery while fostering a culture of continuous learning and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI‑enabled applications that leverage LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and model APIs.
• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee the full application lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and maintenance.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline releases.
• Conduct code reviews and quality‑assurance testing to maintain high software standards.
• Analyze system components to identify interactions and optimize performance.
• Encourage skill development through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver scalable AI solutions.
