AI Deployment Analyst

About the role

Silna Health is looking for a curious, analytical teammate to join its AI Operations team. In this position you will design, test, and roll out AI deployments that interpret complex healthcare documents and automate web‑based workflows, helping patients access care faster.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine AI deployments that extract structured information from treatment plans, prior‑authorization letters, and web‑based verification workflows.
• Analyze model outputs for accuracy, identify improvement areas, and create metrics to measure progress.
• Translate healthcare and insurance workflows into clear technical specifications for AI.
• Document deployment strategies and create reproducible playbooks.

Required profile

• Background in computer science, data science, or a non‑technical field with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities (recent graduates encouraged).
• Interest in natural language processing, AI/ML, or OCR technologies, demonstrated through coursework or internships.
• Ability to think critically about ambiguous problems and propose structured solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
