AI Content, Website & Social Media Manager

About the role

Massive Bio is seeking an AI Content, Website & Social Media Manager to join its Growth Team. This is not a traditional social‑media role; the company wants an AI‑native content professional who can leverage modern AI tools to create, optimise and distribute high‑quality content across digital channels while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve website content, including landing pages, blogs, patient‑facing pages and solution pages, while optimising for SEO and conversion.
• Maintain and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms, creating executive thought‑leadership content.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, Runway and Canva AI to build scalable content workflows, prompt libraries and reusable frameworks.
• Create multimedia assets – graphics, videos, animations, infographics and short‑form video clips – for conferences, product launches, patient engagement and recruitment campaigns.
• Support growth marketing initiatives by producing assets for email campaigns, webinars, events and partnership announcements, and track performance metrics for optimisation.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with healthcare, privacy and regulatory requirements across all channels.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and spoken English with executive‑level writing ability and strong editorial judgment.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or similar) in a professional workflow.
• Experience managing website content and social‑media platforms, preferably with WordPress and B2B LinkedIn marketing.
• Ability to interview executives, physicians, researchers and business leaders and turn conversations into compelling content.
• Strong attention to detail, self‑starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
